Stephen (“Steve”) Apple is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years experience in the industry. He has worked as a broker and investor with properties of all types, including residential, commercial, office and retail on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has worked with prominent brokerage firms including Edward S. Gordon Co., Insignia, CBRE, Massey Knakal Realty, and Newmark Knight Frank, With a deep understanding of the trends impacting the industry, Steve brings his depth of experience, energy, and passion to eRealty Advisors and is committed to helping brokers succeed.

Richard Wolff has a background in accounting and finance, and has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 35 years. In addition to his extensive leasing experience in the residential, commercial, office and retail areas, he is an ardent investor in single family homes and multi-family apartment complexes. Prior to embarking upon a career in real estate, Richard was an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (prior to its merger with Price Waterhouse). Passionate about the real estate industry since his college years, Richard brings his entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to eRealty Advisors.
